概述了中链脂肪酸甘油酯的理化性质和功能性,针对其抗疲劳、增强免疫力、易消化等特点,展望了中链脂肪酸甘油酯在未来军用功能食品中的应用前景。
The physical and chemical properties and functions of medium-chain triacylglycerols were overviewed,and its application into military functional food was in the view of its characteristics,including anti-fatigue,enhance immunity,easy to digest,and the application of medium-chain triacylglycerols in military functional food was prospected.
