摘要
目的探讨弹性排班与计分制量化考核方法在手术室工友工作管理中的应用效果。方法本研究选取手术室内勤工友7人为研究对象。手术室根据实际工作情况,分析现状与原因,采用时间阶梯法实行弹性排班,并对工作程序进行重新设计,采取计分制量化考核方法进行绩效奖金的分配。在实施前后,分别抽取200台手术,对比平均转运患者时间和平均清洁手术间时间,并对手术室医生、护士、工友进行满意度调查。结果实施后工友平均转运患者时间和平均清洁手术间时间均实施前缩短(P<0.05)。实施后医生、护士及工友满意度均较实施前提高(P<0.05)。结论采用时间阶梯法实行弹性排班能保证工友在班有事可做,计分制量化考核方法提高了工友的工作能动性。
Objective To investigate the application of flexible scheduling and scoring system in appraisal management of workmate in the operation room.Methods This study included 7 workmate from operation room as the research objects.According to the actual conditions,the time-step method was used in flexible scheduling,and the procedure was re-designed.The quantitative examination based on scoring system was adopted for bonus distribution.The transport time of patients and cleaning time of operating room in 200 cases of operation before implementation of procedure and in 200 cases of operations after implementation of procedure were observed.The satisfaction degree of doctors,nurses and workmates were evaluated.Results There was a decrease in transport time of patients and cleaning time of operating room before and after implementation of the procedure(P < 0.05).The satisfaction degree of doctors,nurses and workmates were increased after implementation of the re-designed procedure(P < 0.05).Conclusion The flexible scheduling based on time-step method can arrange the workload of workmates in the operation room in a more efficient way,and the bonus distribution by using scoring system can improve the work activity of workmates
