摘要
为研究不同因素对菊花嫁接成活的影响,以菊花黄莲为试验材料,采用不同粗细接穗、保湿材料及砧木部位,探讨对菊花嫁接成活的影响。结果表明,在选择不同粗细接穗时以接穗与砧木相同时为好;嫁接保湿材料以普通袋或保鲜袋为好;在选择砧木部位时以砧木发育充实为好。
To study the effects of different factors on the grafting survival of chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum in silence as the test material,effects of the thickness of different materials and parts of rootstock scion,moisturizing on chrysanthemum grafting were discussed. The results showed that in the different thickness of scion in scion and rootstock is the same as well;grafting moisturizing material to ordinary bags or plastic bags for good;in the choice of stock parts with rootstock of substantial growth as well.
