摘要
利用Abaqus软件模拟单一射孔在不同方位角、地应力等条件影响下,岩石起裂压力的变化规律,从而进一步建立三维定面射孔模型。采用最大拉应力理论确定定面射孔的起裂压力,预测裂缝区域,从而优化射孔方案。模拟分析结果表明:单一射孔条件下,起裂压力从小到大排列的应力场依次为正断层应力场、平移断层应力场、逆断层应力场;正断层应力场条件下,油井的方位角为0°,随射孔角的增大,起裂压力降低;定面射孔夹角增大,起裂压力增大;预测了裂纹扩展区域。
By using Abaqus software to simulate the change laws for the rock crack of single perforation under the different azimuth Angles and crustal stresses,etc. To establish further a three-dimensional surface perforating model, and identify the crack stress of fixed surface perforation with the maximum tensile stress theory. Than crack areas are predicted to optimize perforation schemes. The simulation analysis results reach that:(1) The crack stress in the stress field of the normal fault is minimum,and the next is the strike-slip fault and the larges is the reverse fault under the condition of single perforation.(2) Under the condition of stress field with normal fault,the crack stress declines as the perforating Angle changes from 0° to 90°,when the azimuth Angle of oil well is 0°.(3)In contrary,the crack stress rises as the perforating Angle changes from 50° to 90° under the fixed surface perforation.(4) In the same included angle,the area of crack continuously extends as the growth of fracturing fluid pressure.
