摘要
GM500A半潜式生活平台,设计作业于北海海域,环境恶劣,在符合DNV船级社规范外,同时还要满足Norsok等规范要求,故其救生系统配备了Harding AS提供的全封闭式自由降落式救生艇。此救生艇(架)安装及试验过程繁杂,同时精度控制要求较高,所以需要对产品进行深入的研究,同时根据船厂的硬件设施,以及项目节点计划来制定可行的安装与试验方案。介绍救生艇(架)码头试验(HAT)方案的研究与实施,并重点阐述其中的关键要点以及需注意的问题。
The design of GM500A semi-submersible accommodation unit for North ocean where environment is severe, should not only meet requirements of DNV classification rules, but also meet the Norsok specification requirement, therefore its lifesaving system was designed to equip with enclosed free-fall life boat supplied by Harding AS. The installation and test procedure of the lifeboat (davit) is multifarious and the demand of accuracy control is higher. According to the shipyard hardware facilities, as well as the project plan to formulate feasible installation and test plan, the lifeboat (davit) harbor test (HAT) research and implementation of the scheme were introduced, and the key points and problems were elaborated that should pay attention to.
