实时心肌超声造影评价冠心病病人心肌缺血的临床价值 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨实时心肌超声造影(MCE)对冠心病病人心肌灌注的临床研究效果,评价病人心肌缺血状况。方法以60例临床拟诊冠心病病人作为观察组,造影前通过二维超声观察不同节段室壁运动来判断局部心肌的异常,评价心肌缺血的程度。于静息状况下进行实时超声心肌声学造影,对病人左心室显影效果进行评分及心肌灌注的半定量分析,储存记录病人心尖四腔、二腔和左室长轴图像数据供检后分析,评价冠心病病人心肌灌注和微循环状况。经病人同意行冠脉造影评价造影结果。结果 MCE心肌显像效果好,可直观显示心肌灌注的异常部位和面积,并与病人冠状动脉造影结果一致,且不良反应小。结论实时超声心肌声学造影技术半定量评价冠心病急慢性心肌缺血的微循环灌注,具有对心肌微循环评价直观、准确、无创的优势,可重复性强,并能及时为临床提供可靠的诊断依据、指导治疗及疗效评估。
