摘要
目的:观察雷火灸配合中药治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎汤药递减规律的研究。方法:将80例寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予中药汤剂口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上进行中药汤剂递减并配合雷火灸治疗,4周为1个周期,治疗后观察两组治疗疗效。结果:治疗组患者痊愈率、总有效率分别为42.50%、85.00%,对照组患者分别为45.00%、87.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雷火灸配合中药治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎汤药递减与正常剂量口服中药治疗效果相似,可以减轻肝肾损害、依从性更好。
Objective ：To investigate the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction decline in the treatment of cold-dampness stagnation type chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods ：80 cases of patients with cold-dampness stagnation type chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treatd with the Chinese medicine decoction. The patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction decline combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on basis of the therapeutic schedule in the control group.A period included four weeks. The efficacies were observed in two groups after treatment. Results ：The cure rate and total efficiency of patients were 42.50% and 85.00% in the treatment group,45.00% and 87.50% in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：The efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction decline in the treatment of cold-dampness stagnation type chronic pelvic inflammation was siniler with that of normal oral dose of traditional Chinese medicine,which could alleviate the damage to the liver and kidney,and had better compliance.
