摘要
目的通过品管圈活动,改善或解决创伤中心手术室手术量失衡现象,提高创伤中心手术室日均使用率。方法成立品管圈(quality control eircle,QCC)活动小组,于2013年11月起按"PDCA"步骤实施QCC活动,并对实施后的资料进行收集、分析和总结。同时要求圈成员对QCC实施前后解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、团队凝聚力、参与度与品管执行力5个方面进行打分,用于比较活动前后成长情况。结果通过柏拉图二八定律得出创伤中心手术室日均使用率降低的三大原因,即手术室排班时间不合理、消毒供应中心器械灭菌时间不合理、供应室植入物器械进院灭菌时间不合理;开展QCC活动后,三者的目标达成率依次为243%、156%、125%。圈员在解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、团队凝聚力、参与度和品管执行力与实施前比较均有不同程度的提高。结论 QCC活动不仅提高了创伤中心手术室日均使用率,同时也提高了手术患者满意度。
Objective To improve or solve the problem of the unreasonable daily use rate in the trauma op-eration center through the activities of quality control circle (QCC).Methods The QCC activity group was established,and the QCC activities were carried out according to the"PDCA"procedure in November 2013,after the implementation,the related data were collected,analyzed and summarized.At the same time, members of the QCC circle were required to score the five aspects before and after the implementation of QCC,including the ability of communication,coordination,team cohesion,participation and quality control. Results The three key reasons for the unreasonable daily use rate in the trauma operation center were ob-tained by Plato's twenty-eight laws were the scheduling time for operating room was unreasonable,the sterilization time of the disinfection supply center was unreasonable,the sterilization time of the implanted equipments in supply room was unreasonable.After the implementation of QCC,the rate of the three goals were 243%,156% and 125%.The ability of communication,coordination,team cohesion,participation and quality control through all the QCC team members were improved.Conclusion The daily usage rate of op-erating room in trauma center can improve after the implementation of QCC activity,and the satisfaction rate of patients can be also improved.
