摘要
远程会诊应用至今,其通讯和计算机技术的瓶颈已基本消除,现阶段,模式的创新和管理成为远程会诊大范围推广和质量提升的关键。研究者们统筹临床需求、医疗资源供给和工作实际,形成了预约制融合应急特需的远程会诊服务模式。此模式将预约理念和应急思路相融合,调整了会诊相关的流程规划、系统搭建和管理。远程会诊的服务路径和受众因而得到拓宽,响应能力和服务能力进一步提高。
With the development of remote consultation, the related technical bottlenecks in communication and computer science have been basically eliminated. The innovation and management of the service comes to the key issue of improving the capability and quality of remote consultation. Clinical demands, medical resource and work reality were integrated considered to shape a new mode which combines emergency with appointment in remote consultation. The mode integrate the concept of appointment with emergency, and adjust procedures planning, system building and management correspondingly. The mode broadens both service path and medical audience, and promotes the responsiveness and service capability of remote consultation.
