摘要
组合干燥能充分利用每个干燥方式的特点,互补优化干燥过程,达到提高产品品质、增加经济效益、安全环保、降低干燥能耗的目的。本文对前人做过的果蔬组合干燥方面的研究进行了全面的总结分析,介绍了目前已有的组合干燥的主要种类和国内外对组合干燥应用的研究现状,最后分析了果蔬组合干燥技术存在的问题和发展趋势。
Combined drying can make full use of the characteristics of each drying method,complementary optimization of the drying process,to improve product quality,increase economic efficiency,safetyand environmental protection,reduce the purpose of drying energy consumption. In this paper,the previous studies on drying of fruit and vegetable combination are summarized,and the main types of combineddrying and the research status of combined drying in China and abroad are introduced. At last,the existing problems and development trends in combination drying technology of fruit and vegetable is analyzed.
