摘要
根据国家建筑业中长期发展规划,到2025年装配式建筑占新建建筑面积的比例必须达到30%。因此未来8年,建筑工业化发展对工业化新型人才的需求将十分迫切,而高校作为人才培养的重要基地,必需尽快培养师资、加大实验室建设,与企业深度融合,借助企业资源尽快构建新型人才的培养模式和培养方案,培养建筑工业化新型人才以适应建筑工业化的人才需求。
According to the national construction medium and long-term development plan,the proportion of the assembly building accounts for 30% of the new construction area in 2025. In the next 8 years,the need for talent of industrialization will be urgent because of the development of the construction industrialization. As an important base for the cultivation of talents,colleges must train teachers,increase laboratory construction,merge with the enterprise deeply,form the training mode of new-type talent to meet building industrialization.
