摘要
通过对大型有色国有实体企业电价构成分析及实体企业在降低电价成本方面的措施,研究了国家相关产业政策及电改措施。并结合目前电改现状及困难,提出了大型有色国有实体企业在用电政策及产业政策方面的策略及方向,为未来有色实体企业如何降低电价成本提供管理借鉴。
Through the analyzing of electricity prices and measures to reduce the electricity cost in large- scale state-owned entity enterprise, this paper studies the relevant national industrial policy and electricity reform measures. Combined with the current status and difficulties of electricity reform, puts forward the strategy and direction in the field of electricity policy and industrial policy in the large-scale non-ferrous state-owned enterprises, and it also provides management to the large non-ferrous entity enterprise how to reduce the electricity cost.
