摘要
为了确保进入选厂的矿石品位均衡稳定,矿石质量管理尤为重要。采用DIMINE软件最新优化的配矿功能模块,并以某大型露天铜矿配矿设计为例,探讨该功能在实际生产当中的应用效果。结果表明,该功能模块应用简单,配矿效率高,精确度高,减少了因为品位波动过大而导致的资源浪费,有效提高了企业经济效益,对于矿山企业实际生产具有重要的指导意义。
In order to ensure that the grade of the ore to the plant is balanced and stable, ore quality management is particularly important.Taking the ore blending design for a large open-pit copper mine as an example, this paper studies the application effect of this function in actual operationby using the latest optimization of ore blending function modules of DIMINE software. The results show this function for ore blending is easier to use, with high efficiency and high precision in ore blending, which reducesthe wasting of resources due to the severe fluctuation of grade, and greatly improves the enterprises' economic benefit. It is of important significance for guiding the actual operation on mine.
