摘要
阐述了煤炭检测过程中所使用的质量控制方法的重要性,结合工作实际情况,介绍了有证标准物质、留样再测、实验室间比对及能力验证、相关性分析、质量控制图等实验室质量控制方法的具体应用,即在煤炭实验室日常检测过程质量控制中形成较为完善的检测质量控制方案,并在应用过程中需注意质量控制限应比技术标准的规范限更严格。
The importance of quality control method used in coal testing process was demonstrated in this paper, and combining with the practical working circumstances, the specific applications of laboratory quality control methods such as reference substance which has certificate, retention sample re-test, interlaboratory comparison and capacity verification, correlation analysis and quality control chart were introduced, in the quality control of daily testing process in laboratory, the fairly good testing quality control plan was established, and in the application process, the quality control limit should be more strict than the specification limit of technology standard.
