摘要
通过对100多组炼焦煤煤质数据进行分析,在较宽的煤质指标区间范围内研究了吉氏流动度、黏结指数、胶质层厚度、奥阿膨胀度等常用黏结性指标之间的相关性,并讨论了指标的优缺点及适用范围。研究结果表明:单种煤的GR·I值与Y值、b值存在曲线相关性,而胶质层厚度Y值与b值存在一定线性相关性;吉氏流动度和Y值可较好地反映中等及强黏性煤胶质体的性质,GR·I值和b值可较好地反映中等及弱黏性煤胶质体的性质。
Through the analysis on more than 100 groups of coking coal quality data, and in the wide coal quality indexes range, the relativity among common caking indexes like Gieseler fluidity, caking index, plastic layer thickness and Arnu-Audibert＇s dilation was researched, meanwhile, the advantages, disadvantages and the scope of application of these indexes were discussed. The research results show that： the GR. t value of single type of coal has curve correlation with Y value and b value, while the Y value and the b value have linear correlation to some degree; the Gieseler fluidity and Y value could reflect the plastic properties of medium and strong caking coal better, the GR. l value and b value could reflect plastic properties of medium and weak caking coal better.
