摘要
为了提高离心泵效率,建立了以损失极值为目标的优化模型.运用Matlab遗传算法优化工具箱对模型各参数进行全局寻优得到最佳的参数组合.通过泵各性能参数以及叶轮水力参数之间的相互制约设定约束条件.针对IS200/400-75/4泵进行优化,并且用Fluent软件进行整台泵流场的模拟对其性能预估.对优化前后的叶轮在设计工况下的流场进行了分析对比,得到离心泵扬程比优化前提高了3.85m,效率提高了2.9%.
In order to improve the efficiency of the centrifugal pump,its optimization model with the extreme loss as its objective is established in the article.Using Matlab optimization toolbox with genetic algorithm,the global optimization of several model parameters is carried out to get optimal combination of parameters.The constraint conditions are set up by means of mutual restriction between pump performance parameter and impeller hydraulic parameter.The pump IS200/400-75/4 is optimized and its overall flow field is simulated by using software Fluent to estimate its performance.The impeller flow field before and after its optimization under design condition is analyzed and compared and it is achieved that the centrifugal pump head is 3.85 mhigher than that before optimization and its efficiency is increased by 2.9%.
