摘要
根据高职教育发展的目标,分析《化工原理》课程教学中的问题,提出了实施个性化教学改革的重要性。从教学内容、教学方法、教学方式和手段、教学评价及个性化教师队伍建设等几方面研究了《化工原理》课程的个性化教学改革。
According to the goal of the development of higher vocational education,the paper analyzes the problems in the teaching of ＂ Principles of Chemical Engineering＂ and puts forward the importance of carrying out the individualized teaching reform. The individualized teaching reform of the course of ＂ Principles of Chemical Engineering＂ has been studied from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching methods and means,teaching evaluation and individualized teachers＇ construction.
