摘要
目的探讨家庭跟进护理对维持性血液透析患者生存质量的影响。方法选择2016年1~8月在我院行维持性血液透析的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予家庭跟进护理。比较两组干预前后营养指标水平、KDQOL-SF评分结果。结果干预后,干预组Hb、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组Hb、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,对照组营养指标与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组KDQOL-SF得分均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组KDQOL-SF得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,对照组KDQOL-SF得分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家庭跟进护理能够显著改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状况及生存质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of family follow-up care on quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 60 cases with maintenance hemodialysis from January to August 2016 were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each of 30 cases.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received family follow-up care based on routine nursing.Nutrition index level and KDQOL-SF score before and after intervention between two groups were compared. Results After intervention,Hb,serum albumin,transferrin and prealbumin levels of the intervention group were higher than those before intervention,which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.05）;After intervention,Hb,serum albumin,transferrin and prealbumin levels of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,which showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;After intervention,Hb,serum albumin,transferrin and prealbumin levels of the control group showed no significant difference with those before intervention（P 〉 0.05）.After intervention,KDQOL-SF score of the intervention group was higher than that before intervention,which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.05）;After intervention,KDQOL-SF score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,which showed significant difference（P 〈 O.05）;After intervention,KDQOL-SF score of the control group showed no significant difference with that before intervention（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Family follow-up care on quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can improve nutritional status and quality of life.
