经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合术后吡柔比星即刻膀胱灌注对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的治疗效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合术后吡柔比星即刻膀胱灌注对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者84例,按入院时间分为观察组(55例)和对照组(29例)。对照组患者接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术+术后常规吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗,观察组患者接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术+术后吡柔比星即刻膀胱灌注治疗。治疗结束后,随访3~36个月,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及术后复发情况。结果观察组患者术后膀胱刺激征、血尿、发热、拔管后膀胱过度活动症、较严重泌尿系感染发生率及术后复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合术后吡柔比星即刻膀胱灌注对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的治疗效果好,术后并发症发生率及术后复发率均较低,值得临床推广。
