夜戴型角膜塑形镜控制近视发展的有效性和安全性分析 被引量:7

The effects and safety of overnight orthokeratology in the control of myopia progression

摘要 目的观察夜戴型角膜塑形镜控制近视发展的有效性和安全性。方法选择配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜的73例青少年近视患者作为观察组,另以同期65例戴框架眼镜的青少年近视患者作为对照组,对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析,以评价夜戴型角膜塑形镜控制近视发展的有效性。结果观察组治疗后1、2、3 a的UCVA均较治疗前显著提高,SE和角膜曲率则显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后1、2、3 a的SE较治疗前均显著提高,眼轴亦显著延长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间均无严重角膜感染发生。结论夜戴型角膜塑形镜可有效降低近视度,减缓眼轴的增长,安全性高。 Objective To observe the effects and safety of overnight orthokeratology in the control of myopia progression.Methods Seventy three young patients with myopia weared overnight orthokeratology lens were selected as observation group and the other 65 cases weared glasses in the same period as control group,and clinical data of both groups were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the role of overnight orthokeratology lens on controlling the progression of myopia. Results At 1,2,3 years after treatment,UCVA of observation group was significantly improved,while SE and corneal curvature was significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). At 1,2,3 years after treatment,SE of control group significantly was increased and axis oculi was significantly prolonged compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Observation group had no serious corneal infection happened during the treatment. Conclusion Overnight orthokeratology lens can effectively reduce the degree of myopia and slow down the axis oculi growth with high security.
