摘要
文章在简要介绍积分管理理论的基础上,以神华亿利公司黄玉川煤矿为背景,从加(扣)分项设置、考核标准、帽贴警示、矫正培训、考核兑现、软件系统应用和实施效果等方面,阐述了积分管理理念在煤矿安全方面的应用,以及提出了安全积分管理存在的不足和发展方向。
On the basis of briefly introducing integral management theory,this paper takes the Huangyuchuan Coal Mine of Shenhua Yili Company as the background,and clarifies integral management theory's application in coal mine's safe management from aspects of bonus(deduct) points setting,assessment criteria,post cap warning,corrective training,realization of assessment,software system application and implement effects,etc. and puts forward shortcoming and development direction of safe integral management.
