摘要
护士长作为管理人员,应当针对产科护理的特点,强化对全科护理人员的培训和管理,全力提高护理质量和水平。影响产科护理安全的不利因素是护理人员不能严格坚守职业道德、经常违反产科护理纪律、护理技能水平不高,同时忽视患者隐私的保护和法制意识不强等。产科护士长在强化护理安全管理方面的有效对策是积极强调服务宗旨,指导护理人员快速转变服务观念,强化法制与护理安全方面的培训,不断提升护理人员素质,加强护理文书检查,做好护理记录等。只有这样,才能避免出现差错事故,真正做到确保产科护理的安全,改善护患关系,提高护理的满意率。
As the management staff, the head nurse should strengthen the training and management of general nursing staff according to the characteristics of obstetric nursing, and improve the quality and level of nursing. The adverse factors of obstetric nursing safety of nursing staff are not strictly adhering to the occupation morals, often in violation of discipline, relatively low level of maternity care nursing skill, ignorance of the patient＇s privacy protection and weak legal awareness. The effective countermeasures in strengthening the nursing safety management of obstetric nurses are positive emphasis on service, guidance of nursing staff to rapid transform the service concept, strengthening legal and nursing safety training, and constantly improving the quality of nursing staff, strengthening nursing documents examination and nursing records etc.. Only in this way can the mistakes and accidents be avoided, and the safety of obstetric care be ensured, the relationship between nurses and patients be improved, and the satisfaction rate of nursing be increased.
