交联淀粉处理对兔毛纤维性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为克服兔毛纤维摩擦因数小、抱合力差、可纺性差的缺陷,使用一种交联淀粉对兔毛纤维进行处理,以改变纤维表面摩擦力的承受对象,增加纤维的摩擦因数,以此来提高纤维间的抱合力;分析不同质量分数的交联淀粉乳液对兔毛纤维的摩擦因数、力学性能的影响.结果表明:在交联淀粉的质量分数为2%时,纤维的摩擦因数改变最大,静摩擦因数更是提高了120%以上,静态逆鳞片和顺鳞片的摩擦因数、动态逆鳞片和顺鳞片的摩擦因数之差增加率分别为96.32%和110.2%;断裂强力增大了15.76%,断裂伸长率为32.14%.该处理方法既保证了纤维间抱合力的增加,又保持了纤维的柔软性. In accordance with the low friction coefficient, low cohesion force and poor spinnability of rabbit hair, in order to improve the cohesion between the fibers, a kind of cross-linked starch was used to treat the rabbit fibers to improve the friction coefficient of the fiber surface, and increase the friction coefficient of the fiber. The effects of crosslinked starch emulsion content on the friction coefficient and mechanical properties of rabbit hair fiber were analyzed. The results showed that when the content of crosslinked starch is 2%, the friction coefficient of the fiber changes the most,especially the coefficient of static friction increased more than 120%, the difference of friction coefficient of static and dynamic inverse scale and smooth scale is respectively 96.32% and 110.2% ; breaking strength increased by 15.76%, elongation at break was 32.14%. This treatment can not only ensure the increase in the cohesion force, but also maintain the flexibility of the fiber.
