摘要
利用快速元素分析仪对铁基合金中V元素的发射光谱进行了分析研究,探索了使用V290.88 nm谱线、V437.92 nm谱线组实现铸铁及合金钢中V元素快速定性及定量分析的方法,结果表明:快速元素分析仪可有效解决铁基合金中V元素的现场快速分析问题;快速分析铁基合金中V元素时,可以分别使用V290.88 nm、Fe281.33 nm分析比较谱线对和V437.92 nm、Fe437.59 nm分析比较谱线对进行定量分析;铁基合金中V元素快速分析选用V437.92 nm作为分析谱线时,可同时给出可见光谱图谱;分析系统可记录材料光谱,使现场快速分析具备可追溯性,为质量控制提供条件。
The emission spectrum of the iron-based alloy V elements was tested by rapid elemental analysis. V290.88 nm and V437.92 nm spectral line were studied on cast iron and steel V elements rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that:rapid elemental analyzer could solve the iron-based alloy V elements quickly analyze problems effectively,quick analysis of iron-based alloys V elements could use V290.88 nm,Fe281.33 nm and V437.92 nm,Fe437.59 nm separately,ironbased alloy V rapid analysis of selected elements used V437.92 nm as the analysis spectrum,which could give the visible spectrum patterns,recording system could note materials spectroscopy. It made on-site rapid analysis traceable and quality control available.
