Preliminary Study on Introducing Strength Training in Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要 根据国家相关部门的意见和工作指示,对目前中小学生的体质健康下降做出相关分析,认为学生的体质健康问题之一来源于体育老师教学方法单一,建议将体能训练引进课堂,针对不同年龄阶段的学生,提出制订符合生理心理健康成长计划的训练原则。本文总结了相关领域的最新研究成果,采用专家访谈法、文献资料法,根据不同年龄学生的生理心理结构,根据运动生理学、肌动学、运动解剖学、体能训练学,定义和制订青少年体能的概念和训练计划,旨在扬"新"弃"旧",坚守以提高学生综合体质为基础、培养以阳光坚韧内心为目的的训练目标,尊重和保护学生自主性、创造性思维,为轻松学习提供健朗躯体作保障。 According to the opinions and work instructions of relevant departments of the state,this paper analyzes the current physical health decline of primary and middle school students,and points out that one of the students ' physical health problems comes from the single teaching method of PE teachers. It is suggested that physical training should be introduced into the classroom,proposed to develop a physiological and healthy growth plan in line with the mental and physical health training principles by different age groups. This paper summarizes the latest research results in related fields,conducts expert interviews and literature materials methods,defines and develops the physical concept and training plans according to the physiological and psychological structure of students of different ages,and following the principles of exercise physiology,motor dynamics,sports anatomy and physical training,The aim is to cultivate the bright and firm heart originated training goal by promoting ' new' and abandon ' old',adhering to improve the overall physique as a basis,to respect and protect students' independent and creative thinking,as well as to provide health body for happy learning.
