摘要
为了使体育赛事礼仪志愿者培训工作持续有效地开展,提高大型赛事活动礼仪志愿服务后备力量质量,本文以福建华南女子职业学院体育赛事礼仪培训为调查对象,运用文献调研法、访谈法对体育赛事礼仪培训的问题进行分析,主要针对组织模式单一,培训效果参差不齐、培训单一,成员年级较低,培训人数不稳定、体育赛事礼仪专业知识匮乏,培训内容随意性大、场地设施不完善,培训辅助力量薄弱四个方面的问题进行分析,提出对策:1、建立完善的体育赛事礼仪培训组织模式;2、建立合理的梯队培养模式;3、优化体育赛事礼仪培训内容和师资队伍;4、强化培训辅助力量等对策来完善和推进体育赛事礼仪志愿服务培训,从而推动体育赛事礼仪志愿培训健康可持续发展。
This paper aims at making the training of sport event etiquette volunteers more efficient,and improving the quality of the reception volunteers of big events. Through literature study and interview method,this paper analyses problems in the training of volunteers in Fujian Hwa Nan Women's Vocational College. It is found the main problems are caused by the simplified organizational structure,unguaranteed training effect,participants' low grades,unsteady trainees,insufficient professional knowledge,random training contents,incomplete sites and equipment,and weak training assistance. It is suggested that: firstly,to build up a complete and mature training organization; secondly,to build up a training mode which can be passed down to later volunteers and instructors;thirdly,to optimize the training of volunteers and instructors teams; lastly,to enhance training assistance. The aim is to perfect and promote the volunteer training and realize the sustainable and healthy development of sport events etiquette volunteer training.
