Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2异质结的原位制备及其光化学性能研究

摘要 利用Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)和TiO_2的结构相似性,以TiO_2纳米片为原料,用水热法制备了Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2异质结,并通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和高分辨透射电镜等证实了异质结结构的形成。可见光催化反应活性的表征说明Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2异质结结构相较于TiO_2或Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)性能有明显提高,光电化学表征进一步证实Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)/TiO_2异质结结构能有效促进光生电子-空穴对的分离。实验结果还表明,这种增强作用与两相的比例密切相关,并通过控制两相比例对性能进行了优化。 By means of the similar structures between Bi4Ti3O12 and TiO2,the Bi4Ti3O12/TiO2 heterojunction is made by the hydrothermal method using TiO2 nano sheets as raw materials. The formation of heterojunction structure is confirmed by X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The characterization of visible light catalytic activity shows that the performances of the Bi4Ti3O12/TiO2 heterojunction structure are significantly improved compared to TiO2 or Bi4Ti3O12. The photoelectrochemical characterization further confirms the Bi4Ti3O12/TiO2 heterojunction structure can effectively promote the separation of photogenerated electron and hole pairs. The experimental results also show that the enhancement is closely related to the ratio between two phases,so that the performance is optimized by controlling the phase ratio.
