光伏接入后配网馈线电压协同控制方法 被引量:10

摘要 针对大规模光伏发电系统接入配网馈线引起的配网电压波动问题,提出了一种有载调压变压器(OLTC)和具备静止同步补偿器功能(DSTATCOM)的光伏并网系统联合电压调整方案。该方案利用OLTC调节整体配网电压,利用自身具备DSTATCOM功能的光伏并网系统,作为较小无功容量调节的连续子系统,迅速稳定配网节点电压;在光伏满发且OLTC调节不足时限制光伏输出功率,从而避免了馈线过电压。算例仿真分析表明:所提方案有利于大规模光伏系统接入配网的消纳,具有一定的经济性和实用性。 Aiming at the problem of distribution network voltage fluctuation caused by the scaling photovoltaic generation system connected to the distribution network, a cooperative voltage control scheme was proposed in this paper. It is combined with a kind of on-load tap changer (OLTC) and the grid-connected PV system with distribution DSTATCOM function. The control scheme uses the OLTC to adjust the whole distribution network voltage, and takes the grid-connected photovoltaic system with the DASTATCOM function as the continuous subsystem of smaller reactive power regulation to quickly stabilize the distribution network node voltage. The PV output power will be limited only when the PV system is full generation and OLTC regulation is limited, which can effectively avoid the feeder over-voltage. The control scheme is simulated, results show that the scheme is helpful for large-scale PV systems connected to distribution network with high economy and practicability
