摘要
目的探讨情志护理配合耳穴贴压治疗冠心病抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的102例冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者,根据不同的治疗方法随机分为治疗组和对照组各51例,对照组患者给予冠心病常规用药并联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗组患者给予冠心病常规用药并联合情志护理配合耳穴贴压治疗。结果治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率92.16%,明显优于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后SDS评分、HAMD积分均有改善,但治疗组下降优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情志护理配合耳穴贴压治疗冠心病抑郁状态效果显著,不良反应小,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of emotional nursing combined with auricular-plaster therapy in treatment of coronary heart disease with depression. Methods 102 cases of patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 51 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine medication flupentixol and melitracen tablets, treatment group was given conventional drugs and emotion nursing care combined with auricular-plaster therapy. Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris in treatment group was 92.16%, which was obviously better than 82.35% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. SDS scores, HAMD scores improved in both groups after treatment improved, treatment group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with auricular-plaster therapy is effective and less harmful in treatment of coronary heart disease with depression. It is worthy of popularization and application.
