摘要
目的探讨慢性盆腔炎患者行桂枝茯苓胶囊+康妇消炎栓治疗的效果。方法抽取2016年4月—2017年4月我院妇科门诊收治的慢性盆腔炎患者94例作为研究对象。采用临床用药方式分组:对照组(47例)行常规抗生素治疗,实验组(47例)行桂枝茯苓胶囊+康妇消炎栓治疗,对比两组患者的疗效及安全性。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率、副反应发生率均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口服桂枝茯苓胶囊的同时,给予慢性盆腔炎患者康妇消炎栓外用治疗,可改善患者临床症状,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of guizhifuling capsule combined with kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 94 patients of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from April 2016 to April 2017 at gynecology clinic in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the way of clinical treatment group： the control group （47 eases） was treated with routine antibiotic method, experimental group （47 cases） was treated with guizhifuling capsule ＋ kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository, compared the efficacy and safety of the two groups. Results The total effective rate and side effect rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of guizhifuling capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
