摘要
为了研究提高滚动直线导轨副固有频率的方法,建立滚动直线导轨副有限元模型,通过时域分析,研究导轨副中滚珠材料、导轨材料、滑块材料、滚珠数目、滑块肋板厚度对滚动直线导轨副刚度的影响。结果表明,在载荷一定的情况下,为使滚动直线导轨副变形最小、应力最小,应该选择最优的材料参数、最优的滚珠数目,同时选择最优的肋板厚度。研究结论为滚动直线导轨副的结构优化设计提供了理论参考,并可以有效提高设计效率。
To study how to improve the inherent frequency of the linear motion guide, a finite element model of linear motion guide was established. The material of rolling balls, the material of rail, the material of slider, and numbers of the rolling balls ribbed slab thickness on the static stiffness was analyzed. The results show that, in order to obtain better static stiffness of the linear motion guide, the material should be opti- mized; the numbers of the rolling balls should be optimized; the ribbed slab thickness should be optimized; The research conclusion can provide theoretical references to the optimum structural design of linear motion guide and can effectively improve the design efficiency.
