摘要
随着"西部大开发"、"民航优先发展"、"大旅游"等国家、民航业及贵州省发展战略的不断深化推进,贵州机场群与民族地区得到了快速发展。选取贵州民族地区范畴的黔东南州、黔南州和黔西南州3个少数民族自治州及11个少数民族自治县为样本,运用灰色关联度理论实证研究贵州机场群对民族地区经济发展的影响,通过分析得知机场群旅客吞吐量与民族地区的财政总收入的关联程度最高,与旅游总收入的关联程度次之,与城镇常住居民人均可支配收入、进出口总额、旅游总人数、国内生产总值和农村常住居民人均可支配收入关联程度都很高。由分析结果判断得出机场群与贵州民族地区经济发展存在协同发展的关系,进而提出诸如统筹机场规划建设、统一航班航线开发、加强航空口岸建设和加快临空经济发展等更好地促进贵州机场群与民族地区协同发展的对策。
As the ＂ The development of the western region in China Priority to the Development of Civil Aviation＂ , ＂Big Tourism＂ , and other country, civil aviation and the deepening of the development strategies in Guizhou Province, Guizhou airports group and ethnic regions have gotten a rapid development. Three Ethnic minority autonomous prefectures and 11 minority autonomous counties were chosen as the samples in the paper. Also, Grey Relational Theory was being used to analyzes the influence of Guizhou airports group on economic development of ethnic regions. It is concluded that the passenger throughput of the airports has the highest relative with the total fiscal revenue of ethnic regions, and association with the total tourism income is the same as that of the urban residents＇ per capita disposable income, the total import and export, the total number of tourism, the domestic production ,the total value and the per capita disposable income of rural residents are highly correlated. The paper analyzes the relationship between the airports group and the economic development of ethnic regions in Guizhou, and then puts forward the relationship between the airports planning and construction, the unified mute development, the strengthening of the airports construction and the acceleration of the economic development of the airports, and the countermeasure of coordinated development of group and ethnic regions.
