摘要
核心素养旨在立德树人,历史学科核心素养是对"立德树人"的学科回答。历史教育必须紧紧围绕"人的精神发育"这个中心来落实"以人为本",进而做好课程规划和教学实施。因此,历史教学须基于历史常识的学习,回归教育常态,帮助学生通过历史学习理解历史时代的差异及其发展变迁。通过实践实现历史学习由知识学习向智识发展的教育升华,由知识教学到历史(社会)理解的素养萃取。
Key competence aims to strengthen moral education and cultivate people,and key competence of history is the answer to strengthen moral education and cultivate people.History education must focus on the spiritual development of human in order to carry out the idea of＂people orientation＂.In return,the curriculum planning and teaching implementation can be workable.Therefore,history teaching should be based on general historical knowledge and return to normalization of education to help students understand the historical differences as well as the development and transformation through historical learning.Through practice,the education sublimation of history learning from knowledge learning to the development of knowledge and the competence extraction from knowledge teaching to the history（society）understanding can be realized.
