城市互通立交桥大吨位同步顶升施工与控制技术 被引量:14

摘要 南昌市老福山—坛子口立交桥为多跨连续箱梁结构,经过多年运营桥梁支座功能失效。由于立交桥梁体型复杂,结构自重大,顶升控制范围广,因此提出"分联顶升、同步控制、局部旋转角位移顶升"的总体工艺原则对立交桥进行同步顶升更换支座,该工艺可较好解决本工程大吨位、超长连续箱梁及匝道与立交企口半挂式牛腿结构连接等顶升难题。在此基础上,对同步顶升参数、局部旋转角位移顶升及施工监控等关键技术进行阐述,工程的成功实施验证了各项措施的可靠性。 The Laofushan—Tanzikou Overpass in Nanchang was constructed in a continuous multi-span box girder structure. After many years of operations,the bearing bases of the overpass could no longer work well. It becomes necessary to replace these old bearing bases synchronously. Moreover,concerning the complicated structures,self gravity and wide range of this overpass,the ‘stepped jacking procedure,synchronous control system and rotational angular displacement jacking technique 'were introduced to solve the problem for restoring this large tonnage,long continuous box girder and semi-trailer bracket structure in ramps and overpass. At the same time,the key technology of synchronous lifting parameters,rotational angular displacement jacking and construction monitoring is also applied to this reinforcement project. It is proved that the technology used in this project is reliable to restore the overpass to the same quality as that of its design states.
