摘要
目的分析带袢纽扣钢板在Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年8月~2016年10月收治的36例Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位患者作为研究对象,采取信封随机分组方案分为实验组和对照组,各18例。实验组采取带袢纽扣钢板治疗,对照组采取锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组的术中出血量、手术耗时、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的前屈上举活动度、外展上举活动度与Constant评分均明显优于对照组,恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗优良率(94.44%)高于对照组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取带袢纽扣钢板治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位对患者造成的创伤较小,有利于患者关节功能的恢复,治疗优良率高,值得实践推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of belt loop button plate in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ type acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 36 patients with Tossy Ⅲ type acromioclavicular dislocation who were ad- mitted to our hospital from August 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the envelope randomization method,18 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given belt loop button plate for treatment,and the patients in the control group were given clavicular hook plate fixation.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups of patients.Results There were no significant differences in the intraoperative blood loss,length of surgery and length of stay between the two groups （P〉0.05）.In the experimental group,the degree of activity of anteflexion,the degree of activity of abduction and the Constant score were significantly better than those in the control group,the recovery time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）;the excellent and good rates in the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22% in the conventional group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the patients with Tossy Ⅲ type acromioclavieular joint dislocation,the belt loop button plate has less trauma and is conducive to the ear- ly recovery of patients＇ joint function.The excellent and good rate of treatment is high,which is worthy of practice and promotion.
