摘要
针对某500 k V变电站一起500 k V CVT在电磁单元介损试验过程中发出异常声响及油色谱分析乙炔超标的异常状况,结合电容式电压互感器的工作原理及返厂试验解体,发现导致异常的原因为该互感器在经历过电容分压器的低压端子未可靠接地运行的异常工况后,电磁单元耐压能力遭到破坏,后续运行过程中,在过电压作用下电磁单元电弧放电,导致变压器油分解产生乙炔。提出了预防措施,为同类故障的分析处理及预防提供了参考。
Aiming at the issue of abnormal voice during the dielectric test period of the electromagnetic unit of 500 kV CVT and of excessive standard of acetylene of oil chromatographic analysis and with combination of both the operating principle and disassembly of the CVT, it is found that the reason for the abnormality is the damage of voltage withstand capability of the electromagnetic unit after the abnormal condition due to unreliable earthing of the LV terminal of capacitive divider of the CVT. During the subsequent operation period the arc discharge is occurred by the electromagnetic unit under the action of overvohage, causing the transformer oil to decompose and generate acetylene. The preventive measures are proposed so to provide reference for the analysis treatment and prevention of the similar fault.
