摘要
目的观察连柏散联合中药熏洗坐浴治疗湿热下注型宫颈柱状上皮异位伴有阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月我院收治的宫颈柱状上皮异位伴有阴道炎患者70例,采用随机数字表随机分为2组,各35例,对照组给予常规药物治疗和普通温水熏洗坐浴护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用连柏散联合中药熏洗坐浴护理,7 d为1个疗程,护理2个疗程。观察宫颈柱状上皮异位面积大小、阴道清洁度、中医症状改善情况并计算总有效率。结果经护理后,2组均可减少阴道分泌物中白细胞及杂菌,改善阴道炎症状,但试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组宫颈柱状上皮异位面积均有所缩小,但试验组缩小情况更为显著(P<0.05);2组中医症状积分均有所下降,但试验组下降程度更为明显(P<0.05);试验组护理后总有效率为82.9%明显高于对照组的68.6%(P<0.05)。结论连柏散联合中药熏洗坐浴护理治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位伴有阴道炎,具有托毒排脓、敛肌收口的功效,可刺激病变部位组织修复,可明显改善局部症状。
Objective To explore the effect of cervical erosion of dampness-heat pouring down type with vaginitis treated by golden thread and amur cork-tree powder combined Chinese medicine fumigating sitz bath therapy. Methods Select 70 hospitalized patients with cervical erosion of dampness-heat pouring down type with vaginitis. They were equally divided into two groups by using random numbers table, the control group were given routine therapy and ordinary water fumigation sitz bath care, while the experiment group added golden thread and amur cork-tree powder combined Chinese medicine fumigating sitz bath, 7 days as a course of treatment, and both two groups were treated for 2 courses. Compared the proportion of cervical erosion, vaginal cleanness, Chinese medicine symptom improvement and calculated the total effective rate. Results After treatment, both two groups can reduce white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria in the vaginal secretions, improve the symptoms of vaginitis, but effect of experiment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）, the differences have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The proportion of cervical erosion in two groups group were decreased, but the experiment group was more significant （P〈0.05）; TCM symptom scores were both decreased, but experimental group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of experimental group was 82.9 % significantly higher than 68.6 % of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Golden thread and amur cork-tree powder combined Chinese medicine fumigating sitz bath therapy can be used to expelling pus and expressing toxin, wound healing, stimulating the prothetic process and improving the symptom.
