摘要
[目的]了解社区高龄老人家属照顾负担现状,并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样方法抽取福州某社区高龄老人及其家属照顾者各210人,运用Barthel指数评定量表、照顾负担量表进行调查。[结果]社区高龄老人家属照顾负担总分为(30.2±12.5)分,处于中度负担水平;影响因素为家属照顾者的月收入、是否与老人居住、高龄老人生活自理能力及其自觉健康状况。[结论]社区高龄老人家属照顾负担较重,受家属和高龄老人双因素的影响。
Objective：To understand the status quo of family members＇ nursing burden on the oldest old in the community and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 210 elderly people and 210 their family careers were extracted by convenient sampling method from a community in Fuzhou City.The Barthel Index Scale and Care Burden Scale were used for investigation.Results：The total score of family member＇s nursing burden on the oldest old in the community was（30.2±12.5）,which was on the moderate burden level.The monthly income of the family caregivers,whether lived with the elderly,the self-care ability of the elderly and their selfconscious health status were the influencing factors.Conclusions：The nursing burden of the elderly＇s family caregiver was heavy and was affected by factors from both the family member and the elderly.
