Latest Development of Non-Vacuum Electron Beam Welding Technology and Its Industrial Applications

摘要 电子束焊接(EBW)对机械工业具有重要意义,传统的EBW受制于庞大真空工作室,导致无法进行大规模的工业应用。非真空电子束焊接(NV-EBW)破除了真空机制,使EBW焊接效率、应用范围以及机动性能得到提升。简述了NVEBW关键技术在国内外的发展现状及NV-EBW应用,介绍了NV-EBW关键技术的原理以及几种NV-EBW关键技术:差分抽气、纵向引射式气动窗口、等离子窗,总结了各种技术的优缺点以及有待进一步解决的问题,并展望了NV-EBW关键技术的发展方向。 The latest advance in the emerging technology of non-vacuum electron beam welding( NV-EBW)was tentatively reviewed. The discussions with specific examples focused on: i) the key NV-EBWproblems,the energy loss in electron transport from the electron gun in an ultra-high vacuum( UHV) to the welding spotsat an atmospheric pressure and significant decrease of e-beam energy density at the welding spots; ii) a variety of technical solutions and their operation mechanisms,including but not limited to the techniques of differential pumping,jet injecting type aerodynamic window and plasma window; and iii) the technical strengths and weaknesses of these methods available. In addition,when it comes to applications of the NV-EBW technology on industrial scale,the existing problems,possible answers and development trends were also briefly discussed in a thought provoking way.
