摘要
金石、天庆等项目的长周期稳定运行,证明了晋城无烟煤鲁奇气化技术的可行性。相比其他煤种,晋城无烟煤鲁奇气化表现出环保性、水耗、废水处理等方面的独特优势。通过对晋城无烟煤鲁奇气化的特点进行分析,探讨了技术路线的选择,认为走工业燃气、煤化工产品耦合天然气的产品路线,能够最大限度地发挥晋城无烟煤鲁奇气化的技术优势。
The long, stable operation of Jinshi and Tianqing program gasification by using gasification by using Jincheng anthracite as raw material. Compared proved the feasibility of to other types of coal, Lurgi Lurgi Jincheng anthracite as raw material showed advantages in environmental protection, water consumption, effluent disposal etc. By analyzing the characteristics of Lurgi gasification by using Jincheng anthracite as raw material, discussed the choice of technical route and confirmed that the route of industrial gas, coal chemical products and natural gas could exploit the advantage to the full.
