反应温度和时间对聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料介电性能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 选用涤纶为基材,采用原位聚合法,以苯胺为单体,以对甲苯磺酸为掺杂剂,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂制备柔性聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料;重点探讨了反应温度、反应时间对聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料介电性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度为30℃和50℃制得的聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料的介电常数实部、虚部最大,对电磁波的极化能力和损耗能力均最强。反应温度50℃制得的聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料的损耗角正切最大,表面电阻最低,导电性能最好。反应时间为2.5h制得的聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料的介电常数实部、虚部、损耗角正切最大,表面电阻最低,导电性能最好。 Flexible polyaniline/dacron composites were prepared by using aniline as a monomer, p-toluene sulfonic acid as the doping agent and ammonium persulfate as the oxidant on dacron fabric and taking in-situ polymerization method ; the influence of reaction temperature and time on the dielectric property of polyaniline/nylon composites was mainly investigated. The results showed that when the reaction temperatures were 30℃ and 50℃, the values of the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant for the prepared polyaniline/dacron composites were the largest and the polarization property and loss property for electromagnetic waves were both the strongest. When the reaction temperature was 50~C, the loss angle tangent value of the prepared polyaniline/nylon compos- ites was the largest, the surface electrical resistance was the lowest and the conductive performance was the best. When the reaction time was 2.5h, the values of the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant and the loss angle tangent value for the prepared polyaniline/dacron composites were all the largest, the surface electrical resistance was the lowest and the conductive performance was the best.
