摘要
天津汇金中心由超高层塔楼及附属裙房组成,采用变刚度调平桩筏基础设计,主塔楼及部分裙房南侧紧邻地铁深基坑。通过分析工程检验桩数据、对比上部结构-基础-地基共同作用的沉降变形数值计算结果和实测结果以及对地铁深基坑与主塔楼的相互影响的数值分析,证明了变刚度调平桩筏基础设计的合理性以及采用有限元计算软件Zsoil进行上部结构-基础-桩-土共同工作的数值计算分析的可靠性。
Tianjin Huijin Center consists of super high-rise tower and ancillary podium. It adopts variable rigidity leveling design of piled raft foundation,the south side of main tower and part of podium are near the subway deep excavation.Engineering test pile data were analyzed. Numerical calculation results and experimental results of settlement deformation of superstructure-foundation-soil interaction were compared. Numerical analysis of mutual influence of deep excavation of subway and the main tower was conducted. It proves that the design of variable stiffness leveling piled raft foundation is reasonable and it is reliable to conduct numerical analysis and calculation of the superstructure-foundation-soil interaction using the finite element software Zsoil.
