本文简述了使用摇柱式称重传感器的电子汽车衡的地基土建设计、基础板浇筑质量要求。叙述电子汽车衡主要元件的安装顺序、安装质量要求及安装质量对汽车衡的寿命及称重性能的影响,对角差的校准提出了独到的方法。
this article talked about the usage of swing post weighing sensor in electronic truck scale construction design and basic board pouring quality requirement. It also introduced the install procedure, install quality requirement and install quality of main elements on electronic truck scale would influence the service life and weighing function, and unique method on diagonal correction.
