摘要
钩端螺旋体 (钩体 )病是一种人畜共患的急性传染病 ,我国目前发现有 18个血清群 75个血清型 ,31个省份报告有病人或带菌动物 ,危害较大。数十年来通过钩体全菌体疫苗的应用 ,对控制该病起到了重要作用。 2 0世纪 70年代至今 ,我国已研制成功双价及多价钩体外膜疫苗。着重介绍了钩体外膜疫苗外膜抗原的性质及其提纯、免疫原性、疫苗制备、疫苗的反应性、血清学抗体效果和现场流行病学保护效果 ,还对疫苗大规模预防接种的可行性及其免疫策略提出了建议。
The disease caused by Leptospira is a severe infectious disease existing in both human and animals.At least 18 serogroups and 75 serovars of Leptospira have been discovered in China.The patients or animals that carry Leptospira were also reported in 31 provinces and cities of China.So it's very dangerous.The whole-cell vaccine had played a very important role in controlling the incidence of Leptospira for decades.The leptospira outer membrane vaccine was developed by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products since 1970's.This paper reviewed the leptospira antigens,the immunity,the vaccine production,the reaction of vaccine,the effect of serum antibody,the preventive efficacy of the vaccine in epidemic and evaluated the feasibility of large-scale use of the leptospiral outer membrane vaccine. Suggestions about the vaccination strategy were put forward.
