摘要
目的:探讨京万红软膏联合高渗盐敷料在慢性溃疡伤口的自溶清创的疗效。方法:选择60例慢性溃疡伤口患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,在常规消毒后,观察组用京万红软膏和高渗盐敷料填敷创面,对照组用清创胶和凡士林纱布填敷创面。观察两组的愈合时间、换药次数以及疼痛情况。结果:观察组换药次数(4.01±2.23)少于对照组(6.20±1.73),愈合时间(20.50±2.31)d短于对照组(31.50±4.56)d。观察组换药疼痛程度0级比率(53.33%)高于对照组(26.67%),Ⅱ级比率(10.00%)低于对照组(40.00%)。差异均有统计学意义。结论:京万红软膏联合高渗盐敷料在慢性溃疡伤口中的自溶清创效果较好。
Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Jingwanhong ointment combined with hypertonic saline autolysis dressing on chronic ulcer wound debridement. Methods： Sixty cases of chronic ulcer wounds were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each. The wound surface was filled with Jingwanhong ointment and hypertonic saline in the observation group and with debridement glue and vaseline gauze in the control group after routine disinfection. The healing time, the number of dressing change and pain were observed in the two groups. Results： The number of dressing change was less in the observation group （4.01±2.23） than in the control group （6.20＋1.73）, and the healing time was shorter in the observation group （20.50±2.31） days than in the control group （31.50±4.56） days. The zero grade ratio of pain degree was higher in the observation group （53.33%） than in the control group （26.67%）, and however the rate of grade II was lower in the observation group （10.00%） than in the control group （40.00%）. Their differences were statistically significant. Conclusion： Autolysis debridement effect of Jingwanhong ointment combined with hypertonic saline dressing in the application of chronic ulcer wound debridement is much better.
