电动汽车动力部件测试系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Powertrain Test System for Electric Vehicle

摘要 分析电动汽车关键动力部件台架测试的需求;论证测试系统开发方案的合理性;分析测试系统的组成原理及功能,提出一种能兼顾电动汽车驱动电机、控制器、电池三大关键动力部件的测试方案;依据方案开发出的开放式测试系统,可以完成汽车驱动电机型式试验、驱动电机带控制器性能及耐久试验、动力电池性能及耐久试验。 The test demands for key power parts in electric vehicle were analyzed. The rationality of the development scheme of the test system was demonstrated. The composition principle and functions of the test system were analyzed. A test program in which motor,motor drive,battery key power components could be taken into account was put forward. Based on the program,an open test system was developed which could be used to complete the car drive motor type test,drive motor with controller performance and durability test,power battery performance and durability test.
