维药阿里红多糖对运动疲劳小鼠Th1/Th2平衡及Foxp3 Scurfin蛋白表达调控研究 被引量:7

Effects of Polysaccharide from Fomes Officinalis Ames on Th1/Th2 Balance and Foxp3 Scurfin Expression in Exercise-induced Physical Fatigue Mice

摘要 目的研究维药阿里红多糖对运动疲劳小鼠Th1/Th2平衡、Foxp3 mRNA及Foxp3 Scurfin蛋白表达调控作用。方法采用递增负荷运动制备小鼠运动疲劳模型,给予不同浓度阿里红多糖,观察阿里红多糖对各组小鼠Th1/Th2平衡及Foxp3 Scurfin蛋白表达的影响。结果阿里红多糖可有效调节运动疲劳小鼠血清Th1/Th2相关细胞因子水平,维持T淋巴细胞免疫平衡,显著提高运动疲劳小鼠脾脏Foxp 3 mRNA表达量及Foxp3 Scurfin蛋白表达水平。结论维药阿里红多糖多糖有显著的抗疲劳、增强免疫作用。 Objective To study the effect of the polysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames on control of Th1/Th2 balance and expression of Foxp3 mRNA and Foxp3 Scurfin in erercise-induced physical fatigue mice. Methods The exercise-induced physical fatigue mice were administered with different concentrations of the polysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames by gavage. The effect of the polysaccharide on Th1/Th2 balance and Foxp3 Scurfin protein expression were observed. Results The levels of Th1/Th2 related cytokines were regulated effectively by the polysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames. Under the effect of the polysaccharide, the expression of Foxp 3 mRNA and Foxp3 Scurfin protein increased markedly and the Th1/Th2 balance was well maintained. Conclusion The polysaccharide from Fomes officinalis Ames has significant anti-fatigue and immunological effect.
