摘要
为了有效监控和规范采砂船的作业行为,基于GPRS技术,运用北斗导航定位技术设计了采砂船舶位置跟踪和航行线路的实时监控系统。系统可根据采砂船的位置和时间来判断采砂船采砂作业是否合法。系统设备的电源采用自供电,运用清洁的太阳能为设备供电,而GIS服务器接收到北斗卫星信号后,结合AIS电子海图,可实时在电子海图上显示采砂船的位置并对是否违规进行分析。由于主控芯片使用了Atmegal28单片机芯片,设计的采砂船监控系统具有成本低、体积小、能耗低、绿色无污染和系统性能可靠等特点。
GPRS technology and Beidou Navigation Satellite System( BDS) is used to design a real-time monitoring system for effective monitoring the position and tracking line of sand mining vessel. The system can judge whether the sand mining operations are legal or not according to the operation position and time of the sand vessel. The power supply of the system is designed by using solar energy. After receiving Beidou satellite signal of GIS server,with AIS electronic chart,the system can display real-time location of sand mining vessel and analyze sand mining behavior. Because Atmegal28 microcontroller chip is used as the main control chip,the system has the characteristics of low cost,small size,low energy consumption,no pollution and reliable system performance.
