摘要
应用三维有限元分析软件ABAQUS对不同工艺下的双孔挤压过程进行了模拟。结果表明,两孔之间距离较小时孔挤压无法起到强化作用,不能提高结构件的疲劳强度,反而会在两孔之间狭窄的区域内形成不利残余拉应力分布,造成安全隐患。当两孔之间距离拉开并超过临界值后,强化作用与单孔挤压强化产生的残余应力分布一致,能合理引入残余压应力分布,对孔起到良好强化作用。当双孔间距较小时,不同的挤压次序也会影响孔挤压后的残余应力分布。
The double holes extrusion process under different technologies was simulated by using 3D finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that when the distance between two holes is small, the hole extrusion can not play a strengthening role, the fatigue strength of the structural parts can not be improved, but the distribution of unfavorable residual tensile stress will be formed in the narrow area between the two holes, which causes safety hidden trouble. And when the distance between two holes is bigger than the critical value, the residual stress distribution of the two holes extrusion strengthening effect is as same as the one hole extrusion strengthening, the reasonable residual compressive stress distribution is introduced, and the holes have a good strengthening effect. When the double hole spacing is small, the different extrusion order will also affect the residual stress distribution after the hole extrusion.
