利用青霉素发酵废液制备混凝土试验研究

摘要 青霉素发酵废液经低温处理后可达到废水回用的标准。本文将青霉素发酵废液作为拌和水用于混凝土的制备,通过试验研究,测试了其对水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和胶砂强度的影响,以及废水的不同掺入量对C30混凝土各强度的影响。研究表明:青霉素发酵废液对水泥的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、砂浆的抗折和抗压强度稍有影响;制备水泥混凝土时,加入适量的青霉素发酵废液对混凝土的立方体抗压强度有一定的提高;但拌和水中废液的加入对混凝土的抗折强度有不同程度的降低。总之,青霉素发酵废液经科学处理后,可替代或部分替代普通自来水作为拌和水用于制备水泥混凝土。 Penicillin fermentation waste liquid can reach the standard of water reuse after low-temperature disposed. In this paper penicillin fermentation waste liquid as mixing water is used in concrete. Effect from adding quantity of waste water to water requirement of normal consistency, setting time, strength of mortar and C30 concrete strength is researched through experiment. It can be showed that there is slightly influence from adding quantity of waste water on water requirement of normal consistency, setting time, compressive and rupture strength of mortar, ff adding suitable quantity of waste water, cube compressive strength of concrete can increase in a certain extent. But rupture strength of concrete is reduced to different degree. After scientific treatment, penicillin fermentation waste liquid can replace ordinary tap water as mixing water and be used in cement concrete.
